1.) Clearly specify your goals in the following categories:
Health

Non - financial goals
Relationships

& nbsp; How much do you want to earn?
How much do you want to give to the charitites of your choice?

2.) Visualize your life the way you want it to be
2a.) What is the right belief that will help be to do/be/achieve
XYZ
2b.) Create new affirmations make sure they are
written as if they have already happened (some examples):
"I am so grateful for the fact that... (fill in the blank)...
"...I now weigh 150 lbs. by XX date."
"...I am so grateful and happy for the fact that I am/I have...
"...I am now earning ... fill in the blank
"...I feel totally one with God"
"...My relationship with YOUR NAME feels so connected, loving and

(You can have somebody else read it back to you or you can record
it for yourself and play it back for yourself)
< br />3.) Every day sit for 15 minutes for 30 straight days, sit with
your goals and repeat out loud your affirmations. With your eyes
closed visualize these affirmations, feel the feelings of what it
would feel like when you achieved these things.
4.) For every one of your goals, what action(s) can you be doing
today, tomorrow, next week to move you closer towards that goal?
The formula is a minimum of 30 days. 7 - 15 minutes a day to create
new habits. We are suggesting doing this between now and when the
next Healing With The Masters series begins on March 9 2010, 81 days
from now.
