Amethyst talked about how working with sound breaks up areas that
are dense or stuck. That using sound clears that space and attunes

we’re sound smudging the space. A smudge is when we use a

energies or unclarity and bring that energy to a clear energetic
space.

forward.
It’s important to know that we all have this way of being in us

free ourselves and create a mass vibration that’ll embody, at
a global level, a higher frequency.
